**Location**: Manston STHF
Here at Manston, we are looking for an experienced Stores Administrator to provide effective and efficient administration services and support the supply chain service for ordering, storage, and distribution of consumable items for the whole site. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Strores areas are always maintained to the highest standards in line with legislation, company, and contractual requirements.
You should be capable of producing and distributing documents and information in a timely manner consistent with company standards of efficiency and accuracy. You must operate a computer-based stock control system so that correct data is recorded in a timely fashion and is available as required. You will be responsible for managing shared inbox, dealing with queries ensuring an appropriate response is provided promptly. You need to oversee the maintenance of comprehensive stocks of all forms, documentation and as required order equipment and materials ensuring it is available when required.
**Salary Range**: £25,000 - £28,000. Monday to Friday 40 hours
