Welcome to Café The Hut, our new café located near Billingshurst Station. Café The Hut is a brand new entry to the food and beverage industry and we are excited to be recruiting talented and enthusiastic individuals to help our hard work and vision see a reality.

This is our first branch to open, with an ambition to open many more outlets in the future. This is a unique opportunity to work within a team delivering on a brand new product to the market. We are already heavily established in the hospitality industry and our aim is to have the same impact in the food industry.

**What will you be doing?**
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, herbal teas and speciality beverages
- Listen and communicate with customers effectively, explain our products and any allergy concerns
- Maintain a safe, hygienic and presentable work environment, following approved operating procedures, food safety guidelines and health and safety regulations
- You will be the face of The Hut, personally welcoming all customers, ensuring an outstanding experience.
- You will be friendly, solve issues efficiently, you will want to go the extra mile and you need to make sure everyone feels good. You will make customers feel at home and encourage a friendly, collaborative working environment.

**What kind of person are we looking for?**

Pay: £7.84-£12.10 per hour

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
