We are looking for someone who is highly experienced and obtains excellent knowledge in food and catering. We are looking for someone who can provide assistance and support for the Head Cook, which will involve;
- Washing and preparing food.
- Use kitchen equipment safely and appropriately.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure that the level of infection is controlled to a high standard.
- Unload fresh produce and ensure food stock room is organised effectively.
- Make sure Kitchen appliances are clean and hygienic before using.
- Check self by-dates on food and check that all foods are clean, fresh and edible for residents to eat.
- Be aware of the different dietary requirements, intolerances and allergies.
- Check for stock orders when delivered.
- Complete a stock rotation and organise food storage areas efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff must have had Covid Vaccination before working in the care home.
All staff must be willing to have 1 LFT before starting shift.
