**Role & Responsibilities**

Specifically, the role will involve:

- Creating design outcomes to a high standard
- Working across multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Collaborating with our team to understand and challenge a client brief
- Communicating to update our account managers on your work in progress
- Develop your designs from initial concept ideas through to a finalised outcome
- Pitch your design ideas to our close-knit internal team, explaining your thought process
- Show interest in researching design styles and trends
- Develop your skillset and knowledge

**Qualifications & Requirements**

You'll need:

- Two-year's of experience within an agency environment
- Skill using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & XD or Sketch)
- A portfolio showcasing your best work
- Your up-to-date CV listing experience and qualifications
- A passion to deliver design outcomes that work in the real-world
- Ability to take projects from initial brief to concept and onto completion
- Aptitude to collaborate with our team
- Be self-motivated and manage your time
- Confidence in expressing your ideas and articulating design rationale
- Be driven to develop your skills within the creative industry
