**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an organised and focused Operator to join our Ganging team and help us continue our impressive growth and deliver a world-class level of service to our clients. Working in a fast-paced environment, the main activity in this role is file handling; checking, preparing and imposing pre-designed files for print. This role regularly provides support to our sales and customer facing teams and liaises with other departments therefore a strong communicator would be a great fit.

Our team members show a willingness to learn new skills and to use software essential to an advanced and evolving pre-press environment. We foster an environment of individual and team growth so a willingness to support and be supported by your peers is fundamental. You will have the support from an experienced team of people around you, providing full onsite and offsite training where required.

This isn’t a graphic design position but technical understanding and attention to detail are crucial. If you have an eye for detail and can work quickly and accurately, this could be the job for you.
- An aptitude for time management
- The ability to work towards clearly defined goals and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A logical and organised approach to problem solving
- Good numeracy skills
- A flair for working with IT packages including working knowledge of MS Office, Desk-Top publishing and Adobe design packages
- Some experience in a similar role with knowledge of specialist imposition software
- Knowledge of offset printing and Pre-Press workflows would be beneficial however training will be provided

This role is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours a week over a variety of shift patterns.
