**HR Coorindator**:
We have a fantastic new opportunity within our busy HR Team where no 2 days are the same. Do you have recent HR admin experience or are you looking to develop a career in HR and gain solid generalist experience?

**What does the role involve?**

The HR Coordinator will be our ‘glue in the system’, supporting the People & Culture Director, HR Advisors, Payroll Officer and HR Administrator. They will be responsible for the data integrity of the HRIS system, running regular reports and analytics from HRIS system.

Priorities can often change, so the ability to assess and plan your own workload independently and complete tasks to given deadlines is essential. You'll have good IT skills with the ability to manipulate data and the ability to remain calm under pressure, organising high volumes of work. On a typical day you will:

- Compile key HR metrics and prepares monthly reports for the People & Culture Director.
- Carry out quarterly Professional Body audits.
- Liaise across the HR team to ensure information accuracy and support with all related HR administration.
- Support with onboarding & exit surveys.
- Support on ad hoc projects within the team and help drive continuous improvement to our activities and processes.
- Provide ‘Day 1’ HRIS training to Employees and support to Line Managers.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**To be successful you will**:

- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, sound judgement and the ability to think on your feet.
- Have the ability to manage your time, priorities and a sense of urgency when needed, juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Have good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
- Ideally be working towards CIPD level 3, or have experience within a similar role.
- Be flexible and adaptable with a 'can do' approach.
- Be a strong team player, highly motivated and demonstrate a positive mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
