**Commercial Assistant**

Akkodis has an exciting opportunity available and are currently working in partnership with a well establish engineering company They are recruiting an experienced Commercial Assistant who can provide a high level of support and reporting for the Senior Leadership Team.

**Location: Derby**

**Role type: Permanent: Full time**

**Salary: £25,000 - £35,000.**

**The Role**

As a Commercial Assistant you will be providing reports to the Senior Leadership Team.

**The Responsibilities
- Provide monthly financial reports in accordance with Cost Management.
- Ensure all Sub-Contract documentation reflects all Sub-Contract procurement.
- Perform annual audits on renewal of Sub-Contractors.
- Manage monthly credit control report from the finance Team.
- Offer commercial support where required to Senior Leadership Team.

**The Requirements**
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Experience with managing/prioritising own workload.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Team player with great rapport building skills.
- Experience working under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent typing skills and IT skills (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
