We are seeking individuals with expertise in top-tier red teaming and experience in common regulated frameworks such as CBEST, GBEST, GCASE, TBEST, TIBER-EU, C-RAF iCAST, AASE, TIBER-FI, CORIE, and FEER.
- Ability to perform under pressure, executing highly technical tactics in heavily monitored environments.
- Willingness to work unsociable hours to replicate attackers' non-traditional working schedules.
- Strong knowledge of the cyber kill chain and tactics commonly used by various threat actors.
- Understanding of typical blue team operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing complex Red and Purple team engagements, Penetration tests, and Social Engineering Assessments.
- Improving reporting templates and mentoring others to produce high-quality reports.
- Delivering technical and management debriefs up to executive level.
- Contributing to our client's training programs, including Red Team training courses.
- Maintaining a good understanding of Blue team tactics and capabilities, with a focus on people, processes, and technologies.
- Staying updated on threat actors and their Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Assisting in planning and organizing Red team activities and managing workloads.
- Conducting Red Team risk workshops, providing Threat Intelligence handovers, and setting up project meetings with customers.
- Creating robust test plans and ensuring quality assurance.
- Supporting the Global Red Team by traveling domestically and internationally and operating across different time zones if required.
- Staying knowledgeable about regulatory frameworks, laws, legal implications, and operational security.
- Conducting or supporting technical research to enhance our client's delivery capability and industry awareness.
- Assisting the sales team in procuring red team services by responding to RFPs and proposals, conducting presales, and presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Creating high-quality technical and management reports and providing quality assurance for other reports.
- Coaching and mentoring Red Team members on technical, procedural, and social aspects of the job.
- Following and improving the Red Team methodology and supporting documentation/processes.
- Developing tools and procedures to improve processes, continuity, and business growth.
- Driving internal initiatives to enhance the Red Team service or our client's commercial presence.
- Exhibiting strong leadership skills to manage a team of testers, assign workloads, and achieve objectives.
