The Scottish Ambulance Service Fleet Department maintain an extensive and varied fleet for emergency response, including scheduled care support vehicles and equipment nationally, through our own dedicated specialist maintenance facilities and partner services.

The fleet administrator will be expected to carry out the processing and admin support for both Motherwell and Dumfries workshop, raising purchase orders, processing orders, opening job cards, assisting in stock related issues and supporting the FMM with other management related tasks.

Previous experience working with fleet vehicle administration would be advantageous.

The post is permanent position working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
