Part Time Bookkeeper/admin

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
- Quarterly management accounts and VAT returns
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare payroll on Bright Pay and CIS returns for subcontractors.
- Provide support with admin work e.g. preparing and sending newsletters, social media posts etc
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Dext and knowledge of Bright Pay payroll package would be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
