Contract Scotland are currently working with a premiere Estate Agency in the West of Glasgow who are looking to add a new Sales Consultant to their team. Our client is a major player in Scotland’s real estate sector, with a focus on the mid-high end of the market properties.
This role would be suited to a dynamic, confident, and outgoing Sales Consultant on a Full-Time contract.

The role itself will involve:

- Liaise and interact with customer and client enquiries pertaining to buying and selling property
- Work as part of a highly efficient sales team, striving to hit group targets
- General sales administrative tasks and lead acquisition research
- Provide customers and clients with clear, considered advice whilst also building up a client profile in order for the team to best serve their individual needs

Role Essentials include:

- Passionate, driven and committed
- Friendly and efficient telephone manner
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Glasgow property market is highly desirable.
- Must possess strong written competency and computer literacy
- A ‘will do’ attitude and team player
- Attention to detail and ability to provide clear and concise communications
- A proactive nature, don’t assume and always make sure
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines.

- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, 1 late night til 8pm
- 1 in 4 Saturday working 9.30am to 1pm

Contract Scotland acts as an employment agency for permanent work and acts as an employment business for temporary work.

Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
