**Assistant Merchandiser**

The Product Team & our Wholesale arm is a huge part of what we do and creating world class garments that excite and exceed our customers’ expectations is at the heart of our brand. We have huge opportunity to join our brand at a key stage of our growth to implement and execute our product & wholesale strategies. As an established Assistant Merchandiser, you will be key to this growth We’re a small but busy team with huge ambition for 2024 and beyond.

You must be highly organised, have confident energy and communication skills with an attention to detail that is second to none. The role will involve juggling multiple culminating tasks and projects, so the ability to remain focused and organised whilst managing your workload effectively is key.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Managing the intake accordingly for Wholesale Partners through 3rd Party Warehouses, ensuring delivers arrive on time in full.
- Alongside Buying Team, regularly communicating with Wholesale Partners, regarding seasonal buy strategy, Purchase Order management, Critical Path & Delivery Progress.
- Create Monday Line Report and contribute to weekly trading analysis
- Update Wholesale Trading Dashboard and communicate with Six Stories Team, flagging any opportunities to action
- Forecast line cards for evergreen products, making recommendations & signing off rebuys with Head of Merch/Product Director
- Regular size ratio analysis Manage to effectively manage never out of stocks for evergreen product
- Oversee the Purchase Order Management and approval process along side Buying Team & Product Admin Assistant
- Review and monitor intake again alongside Product Admin Assistant
- Supervise Critical Path management where appropriate
- Run the weekly Warehouse Call for the Product Team
- Drive trade by identifying risks and opportunities
- Participate in range planning meetings, confidently understanding KPIs
- Prepare ad hoc analysis when requested, to aid Product Team or wider team decision making
- Reporting into the Head of Merchandising, confident to deputise in their absence
- Conduct relevant training with Product Admin Assistant to ensure development of their role at Six Stories

**The Person we are looking for**:

- Passionate about a career in Merchandising & an already established Assistant Merchandiser
- Passionate about our products, our customers, our brand vision, our wholesale partners & all things bridal
- Experience in proactively managing workload, re-prioritising where necessary with confident time management skills
- Highly analytical and exceptional attention to detail, alongside strong excel skills
- Experience in supporting more junior team members, coaching and guiding their development as well as supporting their day-day, week-week
- Lead by positive example and demonstrates great problem solving skills
- Working collaboratively with the Buying Team members as well as the wider Six Stories team
- Enjoy being part of a team, working in a fun yet busy environment & offering support to team members around us when required

**Additional Info**:

- Full Time Position
- Monday - Friday 9-5pm
- Hybrid working offered but will need to attend the office also
- 22 holiday days per year
- Annual Discretionary Company Bonus Scheme

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
