Assistant Estimator/ Trainee Estimator

Responsibilities:

- Logging jobs as they come in and downloading information
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for flooring projects
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilise cost control techniques to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Prepare and present estimates to clients or management for review and approval
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and other costs

**Experience**:

- Full training given
- Experience with Microsoft packages desirable

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
