Head of Consultant Engagement

**We have an opportunity for a Head of Consultant Engagement to join their team of staff in our Group Medical Services department.**

**This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role will primarily be based in our London Head Office near St Paul's Cathedral.**

**Applicants should meet the following criteria**:

- Experience of working in the Independent Sector and interfacing with the consultant workforce.
- Evidence of both project and change management.
- Evidence of team working and motivation.
- Experience of working across professional boundaries, able to enthuse and inspire others.

**Duties of this role include**:

- You will provide leadership to drive consultant engagement strategies across many corporate teams.
- You will oversee and co-ordinate the delivery of the varied consultant engagement strategies withing CHG. You will work to support all initiatives in this respect.
- You will work with colleagues from the commercial, operational, IT and medical teams to co-ordinate and ensure cohesion across the organisation.
- You will enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to support the process.
- You will be pivotal in ensuring clinical engagement with the varying projects at all times.
