This role involves being the primary co-ordinator of all key interactions with clients during their “migration” phase, including all internal activities to deliver exceptional customer service during this crucial time.
The role will involve understanding the clients’ requirements and delivering a smooth transition to the new software solutions. You will support the client and monitor the progress of the implementation to ensure that the client is kept up to date with vitalinformation.
It will be your responsibility to ensure that the process runs smoothly, managing client expectations, time frames and overall client satisfaction with the ultimate goal to achieve a “Happy Client”.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Understand the overall phasing and requirements of the software migration project, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met throughout the Programme of Works (PoW)
- In accordance with the requirements and timetable set in the PoW, engage with clients to discuss implementation of migration, ensuring that any vital information is gathered and communicated to relevant internal stakeholders
- Be fully conversant with the legacy and new systems to ensure that the new platform is setup according to their needs (full training will be provided)
- Provide required reporting metrics to provide visibility of the client migration activities and associated issues
- Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting these requests to Product Management and Development
- Work with the Client Migration Project Co-ordinator and other colleagues within the business to share ideas, best practice and drive operational improvement through innovation.
- Key Skills and Experience
- Good technical skills and ability to adapt / learn new systems
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
- Clear understanding of WorkNest services
- Excellent listening, written and oral communications with clients
- Experience of working within a customer service environment
- Ability to organise time and prioritise workload with mínimal supervision whilst managing customer expectations
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability: can alter plans to react to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Positive and proactive attitude in supporting and nurturing clients through the migration experience
