**Business overview per Business Area**:
You'll be a senior member of the Commercial Technology and Change team, working in a cross-functional team at the forefront of shaping and delivering the ITV Commercial transformation agenda. You’ll have a significant influence on ITV’s success in this area with strong backing and support from ITV leadership across Commercial, Strategy and Technology. This includes:

- Insights & Innovation - unlocking data about our customers to power relationship, sales & trading conversations
- Greenfield - a new E2E initiative looking at automating and simplifying out propositions and process, with convergence at its heart
- Planet V & Self Serve - continuing to evolve our strategic self serve offering to our buyers, expanding capabilities and scope of inventory and products.

**In this role you will**
- Define and gain consensus around the delivery approach and plan across the different phases of technical development and acceptance across ITV, our technology partner and any other third-parties.
- Produce and maintain a high-level plan across your area of responsibility that covers activities of all teams involved, not just technology.
- Ensure that robust delivery plans exist and are used to coordinate delivery to ensure that the project outcomes are positive and project goals are accomplished.
- Monitor delivery progress, taking appropriate action to deal with anything that threatens our ability to hit milestones,.
- Early and clear communication of any risks and issues that threaten our ability to deliver on time and subsequent management of these items until resolved.
- Identify and manage dependencies, both inbound and outbound, to ensure that impacted parties are clear what needs to be delivered by when and then drive progress until delivered.
- Define and operationalise effective governance, involving the right parties, to support delivery of your plan.
- Recruit and lead a team of project managers that will sit across the various delivery initiatives.
- Working with the End-to-End Test Manager to ensure that test activity is woven into the Delivery Plan
- Working with the End-to-End test Manager to ensure there is a robust process around test execution, status reporting and defect management.
- Working with the Change Manager to ensure that product delivery and change management are aligned in the Delivery Plan.
- Working with the Service Management Lead & Platform Support lead to ensure a smooth transition into business as usual

**To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills**:
**Minimum role criteria**:

- Extensive project delivery experience, of which some should have been spent in the Media sector
- Extensive experience of managing cross-functional teams delivering scalable, robust digital products, as well as fast-moving, learning-based and agile environments.
- Extensive experience of scoping, shaping, planning and delivering complex and strategic initiatives
- Proven track record of having established successful business relationships, and have influenced and engaged with operational stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner with proven stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the UK broadcast industry & broadcast/OTT advertising market
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising industry
