A specialist construction contractor in project management, design and installation of insulated cladding, roofing, Fire compartment walls, data store chambers and - Maintenance & repairs of building structures.

**About Role & Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to Managing Director
- A working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices and legislation
- Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to employees and management.
- Supporting recruitment and selection processes, including writing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and conducting interviews.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives such as employee training and development programs.
- Managing employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensuring HR processes and procedures are legally compliant and adhere to company policies.
- Handling employee queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assisting in the analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conducting regular audits and reviews of HR practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

**Salary / Benefits / Other details**:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum pro rata for part-time
