We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Head Receptionist** to join our friendly team and oversee all front of house operations. We are situated on the shores of Lake Windermere and have 55 bedrooms and a rosette awarded dining room.

As the head receptionist you would lead and develop the reception team to ensure every guest's experience is amazing from the moment they book until they depart. You will be responsible for driving customer care, creating guest reservations, training and developing the existing team and maximise sales at every customer contact opportunity. You will also be required to do some duty manager shifts and general administrative duties.

We will provide training throughout your career and we also offer wide-ranging employee benefits including use of our Lake View Spa. This position comes with an excellent salary, depending upon experience uniform and meals on duty will be provided.

Your working pattern will be 5 days out of 7 and will consist of a combination of morning and evening shifts.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
