Experienced Joiner

We are looking for an experienced joiner to join our growing team at PB Property Developments Ltd based in Blidworth, Mansfield. We work mainly within a 50 mile radius of Blidworth.

**Role**

With strong growth in the property sector, PB Property Developments is now seeking an experienced joiner. You will be working on extensions, repairs and maintenance on various projects including disabled and residential works, and new builds. You should have a flexible outlook to your role.

PB Property Developments is a growing, thriving small business, the Joiner will be an integral part of the team in delivering local construction projects. As the company is currently expanding there is opportunity to both grow and diversify the role over the next few years.

This is a full time Mon-Fri, permanent role with 28 days annual leave inc PH, statutory sick pay and pension entitlements. It would suit someone who is looking to develop their skills towards a role with more leadership. Rates dependent on experience.

Working Week:
Mon-Thurs : 7:45am to 5pm

Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm

**Responsibilities**

1. All aspects of joinery work as required, plus additional activities where competent to do so;
2. Leading delivery of projects including:
a. Planning of works including project schedule;
b. Identification and engagement of sub-contractors required;
c. Being aware of all materials needed

d. Delivery of projects within time

3. Ensuring the quality of workmanship across all trades per project;
4. Supervision and development of junior personnel as required;
5. Taking care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).

6. - Working well within a group environment.

7. - Problem-solving & time management skills.

**Requirements**:
1. **Experience** - Minimum of 5-7yrs relevant experience in all aspects of joinery including traditional roofing.

2. **Qualifications** - minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery, or equivalent

3. **Personable **- outgoing and fluent in English as you will be required to liaise with both clients and suppliers.

4. **Driving license **- Clean driving license with over 4 years driving experience
- Desirable;
1. An advantage fitting out of disabled bathrooms

2. Previous experience project managing

Pay: From £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

Work Location: On the road
