**Working with the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating your production group to**
- achieve agreed targets, shipments and quality in line with the highest quality and safety and environmental standards.

You may be looking for a new challenge or keen to take the first step into production management. Either way you need to be a self-starter and keen to make a difference and own the role. **You will need to be**:

- Educated to A level standard or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
- Able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Have strong organisation and people management skills
- Competent in use of Microsoft office

Ideally you will have
- Degree/HND in a Business/Engineering/Manufacturing related discipline.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity in manufacturing.
- Hold a professional qualification in a relevant discipline such as supervisory/management studies.
