**About the role**:
Oxendon House is a homely residential care home in Market Harborough, that delivers a high standard of care to its elderly residents, making sure everyone is made to feel at home and part of a positive environment.

**Care Assistants** are a valuable part of our team, looking after the welfare and creating a positive environment for all its residents.

As a **Care Assistant**, you will be part of our passionate team supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents by providing the highest standard of care.

When you join us as a **Care Assistant** you are making a difference every day by supporting our residents to feel at home.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating
- Promoting our resident’s choice, dignity, and independence at all times
- Maintaining accurate records

Jasmine Healthcare believes in going above and beyond for our team, employee benefits include:

- We provide extensive inductions and additional support to all new team members for their first year, and extended inductions for those new to care
- All team members use our recognition platform (Bonusly), to recognise each other, and turn that recognition into Cash equivalent vouchers
