Calling all Special Educational Needs TA's looking for a great role in a leading mainstream Primary School in Daventry.

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a fantastic Primary School who are looking to appoint a fantastic TA to work with a child on a 1:1 basis within a mainsteam setting.

To join us and be successful in this role we require:

- Experience working as a TA/SEN TA/LSA in a U.K Primary/Secondary School, or a CACHE Level 2 (minimum) qualification or a recent graduate with passion for education.
- Have the academic ability and personality to inspire, engage and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages.
- Some understanding of SEN and the desire to work with Special Needs pupils, including those with autism, dyslexia and communications difficulties.
- Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30 from either ASAP
