**The School**:
The school is based near North Cheam, Surrey and provides support for primary, secondary and further education aged pupils who have a wide range of complex learning and behavioural needs. All students that attend the school have a designated Education HealthCare Plan (EHCP) which details their specific needs in terms of the care and support they will have access to.

The school provides a unique, specialist environment that closely fits the needs and challenges that the students face. The school offers a highly specialised curriculum which aims to ensure all pupils can reach their potential. The students' needs includeAutism, Downs Syndrome, communication needs and they do require high levels of care and support.

**Summary**:
**Specialist secondary school for students with a range of complex learning needs such as autism, down's syndrome, speech and language challenges and social, emotional needs

**Classes range from 6-8 in size with a focus on implementing effective communication techniques

**Therapy rooms and designated areas for specialist support from a range of therapists including SALTs, Occupational therapists, psychologists and counsellors

**An Integrated Trauma Informed Approach and extensive 1-1 support for every pupil

**The school likes to focus on sensory teacher and a creative curriculum. You will have a senior teaching assistant and 2-3 additional LSAs in your class to support you
