**Job Title: Head of Sponsorship**

**The Company**:
Dynamic Coaching provides an education and mentoring service to the community through SPORT, MUSIC and ART, to help EMPOWER, ENHANCE and INSPIRE lives.

The scheme works with young people in the Greenwich, Bromley, Lewisham and Bexley areas, engaging with young people aged from 5 to 18. We run clubs that help them improve their physical and mental wellbeing, and we aim to achieve this by providing them with a safe and fun-filled environment for constructive exercise and activities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Dynamic Coaching as the Head of Sponsorship. This is a commission based, part-time position, providing an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract new sponsors and retain existing ones.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors, build relationships, and negotiate sponsorship agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sponsorship packages and promotional materials.
- Manage sponsorship programs, ensuring sponsor deliverables are met and sponsorships are activated effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sponsorship opportunities.
- Track and report on sponsorship revenue and performance metrics to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, preferably within the sports industry.
- Strong network of contacts and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential sponsors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present sponsorship opportunities persuasively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of community sports organizations and their sponsorship needs is desirable.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours and attend occasional evening and weekend events.
