**Description**

We are hiring a Supply Chain Stock Control Supervisor to join our successful Supply Chain Profit Protection department. You will have the opportunity to have an impact on the operational processes across our distribution sites with stock integrity and efficiencyat the forefront of everything you do.

The role is varied and will include:

- Provide daily and weekly reporting of key performance indicators within departments of responsibility and the wider business, relating to stock integrity, process accuracy and trending stock discrepancies
- Manage a team of 6 stock controllers and 2 stock investigators inclusive of team admin
- Deal with any stock integrity checks/investigations and Ad-Hoc requests coming in from the stakeholders across the business
- Conduct data analysis to design and implement action plans and to aid key stakeholder decisions relating to operational changes and enhancements
- To report evidence of stock mismanagement to the PP and DC management team
- Conduct detailed audits of internal transit pallets from bulk to pick face
- Building strong working relationships with other departments within the distribution environment

**The Teams**

The Profit Protection team is an extended family split into departments. This is inclusive of the Security team and the Training Development team. The departments are split to ensure full focus is provided across all areas of business risk relating to supplychain. From protection of employees and assets to a real focus on investment in the warehouse operators; giving support and adding real vale to the distribution environment.

**About You**

Ideally you will have professional experience in a similar role relating to asset protection and process improvement. You will have a good analytical background with proven experience creating reporting from raw data using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI. Wewant you to combine your experience and technical know-how to bring real value to the department.

You will bring a passionate work ethic, the ability to react quickly. On top of being self-motivated you will have a real eye for detail, spotting trends and risks and recommend changes to bring this risk to a minimum.

You will easily work both collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
