Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analysing project specifications and requirements to provide accurate cost estimates. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring the profitability and success of our projects.

**Duties**:

- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements
- Responsible for the accurate estimation of costs and the preparation of tender submissions of multiple tender bids simultaneously
- Identifying and analysing material and labour quotations whilst developing strong working partnerships
- Assist with the post tener and pre contract requirements to provide cost consideration including evaluation of the contract
- Ensure that the completed tender documents are submitted on time and in full/

**Skills**:

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
