**Job Title**: Refuse Loader

**Location**: Malvern

**Hours**: Monday to Friday - 0545-0645 starts

**Salary Range**: £11.44 - £15 per hour PAYE

**Immediate Start**: Subject to Induction

**About the Role**:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our clients team as Refuse Loaders. As a Refuse Loader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within our community. You will be responsible for collecting waste and recyclables from residential and commercial areas, ensuring they are properly disposed of or recycled.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collecting waste and recyclables from designated routes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Safely loading refuse onto collection vehicles, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assisting the driver in navigating routes and maneuvering the collection vehicle safely.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of collection areas and vehicles.
- Adhering to all relevant regulations and policies regarding waste disposal and recycling.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday with occasional overtime as required.
- Valid driver's license (desirable but not essential).
