We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to work within our Oldham Schools contract, based at Failsworth School, Oldham. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting projects, a Rewards and Benefits package, progressions opportunities and even more.

**Location**:Failsworth School, Oldham

**Contract**:Part time - 30 hours per week to be worked on a rota between 8am and 4pm

**Responsibilities**

As a Finance Administrator, you will provide finance and contract administration support to ensure cashflow is maximised & debt is minimised on our Oldham School FM contract.

Your day to day will include:

- Managing the work in progress (WIP), raising Credit Purchase Agreements and Purchase orders
- Ensuring all client recharges are in the system and raise unplanned lifecycle requests
- Supporting the Contract Manager and team to ensure cashflow is maximised and debit is minimised

**Who are we looking for?**

This role of Finance Administrator is great for you if:

- You have experience working in a similar background, working on financial processes
- You have demonstratable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
- You are working towards or have recently passed an AAT or ACCA qualification
