22.5 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
An opportunity has arisen for an AHP Secretary to join the AHP Admin Team. This job will involve updating SSTS (annual leave, sickness, extra hours, on-call), minutes of meetings, data cleansing on Trak/Emis to ensure that reports are accurate etc.
The post holder should have a sound knowledge of Trak, Emis and Microsoft Office along with good communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, be willing to work as part of a Team and have at least 2 years relevant experience.
Clean Driving Licence & Car is essential.
