Our valued client, based in Birmingham, are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. As HR Advisor, you will play a massive part in an evolving team to fully support the HR function throughout the business.
This role is Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5pm, and Friday 8.30am-4pm. This is a fully office based role and experience in Employee Relation cases would be advantageous.
£30,000 - £32,000
**HR Advisor Responsibilities**:
- Maintain HR systems and ensure records are kept accurate and up to date.
- Collating data and creating Excel Spreadsheets.
- Liaison with recruitment agencies.
- Prepare new starter paperwork and introduction of new employees.
- Administer starter/leaver processes.
- Lead formal meetings - grievances, disciplinary
- Confident in ER related meetings.
- Liaison with payroll regarding employee information
- Ensuring electronic and paper based files are maintained and archived properly.
**HR Advisor Qualifications**:
- Previous experience working within HR.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Take accountability and influence matters.
- Well organised and pro-active.
- Knowledge of HR legislation
- Confident and can work under pressure.
