Tinderbox are delighted to be bringing great coffee to Braehead Shopping Centre.

We are looking to build a fantastic team for this exciting new location, consisting of fun, dynamic, open and honest individuals with a passion for coffee and excellent customer service.

Team member and Supervisory Positions available

Barista responsibilities:
Our Baristas are the face of the business. In addition to crafting delicious espresso
- based coffee, they will provide an excellent customer experience, maintain store cleanliness and complete general cleaning duties. Full training will be provided.

Additional supervisor Responsibilities:

- Assist the manager with the day to day running of the store
- Key Holder - Open and close the store, following cash up procedures
- Following and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ordering stock relevant to the level of business
- Onboarding and training of new team members
- Set and manage high standards of work and professionalism
- Motivate and encourage their team
- Be a Tinderbox Ambassador

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience of a supervisory role is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A focus on quality and taking pride in your work
- Cool and calm in a fast-paced work environment
- A Passion for coffee

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervisor/manager: 1 year (required)
