Mobile Specialist

Due to department expansion we have a vacancy for a mobile specialist.

Strong people skills ideally already experienced within a customer service environment.

Industry knowledge preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Brief Overview:
The Mobile Specialist will provide technical support of mobile device management, related to software, and apps in the ever growing industry of mobile solutions.

Providing technical support for a variety of devices and services related to the use of mobile technology.

Contributes to the smooth running of all daily operations which will include the below:
Dealing with customer requests in a timely manor.

Liaising with mobile provider networks to make amendments and resolve any issues experienced by end users.

Managing customers MDM portals ensuring specific credentials are met.

Customer Support

Customer service work, answering of calls and portal using.

Inputting onto company database

Working as part of a team to gain valuable skills in customer care, problem solving and working effectively under pressure.

Going above and beyond to ensure impeccable customer service.

Supervisory Relationship

This position reports directly to and works alongside the Mobile Team Leader. Works under applicable Lister Communications policies, procedures and guidelines.

Skills required:

- Strong communication skills and organisation skills
- Able to use initiative with a proactive approach
- Strong eye for detail
- Motivated team player
- Good IT Skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Smart and professional business manner
- Good sense of humour

Salary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £22,308.00 per year
