LIFELINE (NW) CIC is a supported accommodation provider with a large number of projects in Greater Manchester, primarily in Oldham, Rochdale, Salford and Tameside.

We are looking for a General Handyman to join the accommodation team to carry out general maintenance on our expanding property portfolio.

Must be competent and have previous maintenance experience. Must have a full UK driving license (own vehicle is desirable - mileage paid)

General duties include but not limited to:
*Painting and decorating rooms and flats once vacated if required
- Replacing carpet

*replacing locks and doors

*completing Property condition reports

*Basic joinery

*Basic plumbing

*Basic electrical works (plugs, lights etc)
- General Maintenance work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
