**Job Description**:
The Senior Producer, as the key person in the Production department, must ensure that productions run smoothly to the very highest of standards, meet deadlines, and stay within budgets.

As the voice and face of FLANNELS, you will have a professional, calm and mature approach to your work. You will be the primary contact person for everyone involved with the shoot, working with assistants, photo crew, digital operators, VIP make up, hair artists and stylists to name a few, and of course, all Artistry Photographers and artists.

You will closely monitor schedules and budgets throughout shoots, and ensure all elements of the shoot arrive safely with all the necessary equipment provided to carry out their tasks. You will gather all quotations and supplier costs in a timely fashion, confirming teams carefully and promptly. You must be able to deal with any contingencies during pre-production and shooting, and prepare workable alternative plans, calmly and effectively. You are a creative thinker, proactively finding the gaps and sewing productions together. You are experienced enough to navigate any production brief independently, for both advertising and editorial shoots

**Qualifications**:

- Bring a network of talent - amazing black book
- Minimum 3 or more years of experience as a producer at a Luxury Retailer, Fashion House, Artist Management Agency or Creative Studio
- Be a team player and a FLANNELS and Frasers Group ambassador
