**What we are looking for**:

- Be able to train/assess on company premises were needed.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team with a good level of communication skills to engage and instruct.
- being during the period of teaching with a supportive nature.
- Act with integrity and honesty
- Act with due skill, care, and diligence
- Experience of delivering Plant, Crane & Health & Safety Training courses. Assessor awards advantageous, but not a requirement to apply.

**Education and Qualifications**
- This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the training industry.
- It would be an advantage to have qualification in teaching to maximise your potential or equivalent recognised trainer position held.
- CSCS/CCNSG
- Full driving license required

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hartlepool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction assessor: 1 year (required)
- Training & development: 2 years (required)
