Pharmacy Dispenser

RAz locum services limited T/a highlight pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The Pharmacy Technician will perform routine pharmacy tasks such as preparing, dispensing, and packaging medications. The goal is to provide excellent patient care and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Valid Barry driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be knowledgeable in basic and advanced pharmacy skills including dosage administration, drug reconciliation, inventory control, etc.
- Knowledge of drug laws and regulations in the state of Barry.
- Must be comfortable working with people of all ages and abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and other staff members.

Duties include:
**Prepare, dispense, or pack medications or goods according to medication label instructions or direction from a pharmacist or medical practitioner.**
- Maintain accurate records and assist in recording transactions when required.

Competencies:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Work Environment:

- This job does not require direct patient contact but does require regular interaction with patients (in person and over the phone) and staff members in a pharmacy-like environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
