Paralegal / Legal Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Legal Team at our Head Office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

The successful applicant will be responsible for drafting and serving Letters Before Action, drafting court documents, forms and issuing/lodging items at Court and the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), liaising with debtors, mortgagees and the Court,creating hearing bundles, diarising and managing all litigation deadlines and generally assisting the in-house Group Solicitor.

The applicant will also assist with residential conveyancing transactions including drafting, negotiating, and implementing sale and purchase correspondence and documents.

Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience.
