**Training**:
**Duties will include (non-exhaustive)**:
- Meeting & greeting clients, landlords & tenants
- Handling inbound & outgoing telephone calls
- Book, create & conduct viewings with potential new clients and follow up
- Acting as a point of contact for tenant problems
- Liaising with landlords in connection with tenant issues
- Ensure that any documents and files relating to properties are regularly updated and meet legal compliance
- Routine property visits to existing tenancies
- Arranging maintenance & repairs for tenant properties
- Processing rental payments and deposits / Calling tenants to chase rental arrears
- Carrying out general administrative work
- Typing of property particulars / arrange window display / mail shots/
- Any other duties as directed by the Directors.
**Working Hours**:
8.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday based on a rota from 8.45am till 12.00pm.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
