As a Remarketing Intern at Polestar UK, you will be responsible for co-ordinating elements of our ground-breaking manufacturer approved used car programme, “Pre-owned Polestar”, in the UK. Our Direct Sales business model gives us a unique opportunity to create the most revolutionary and customer focused used car buying experience. In this new role you will be responsible for further developing this programme and helping to create the best possible buying experience for our customers while maximising our sales results and those of our investors partners.

**What You´ll Do**

Investor Relations
- Create and distribute information packs to aid out partners in the implementation and future evolution of the Pre-owned Polestar programme.
- Manage the distribution of legal contracts.
- Co-ordinate training events.

Sales Support
- Monitor the Sales activity of the Pre-owned Polestar programme and create reports for the management team to display key metrics.
- Work with third party software providers to aid I the creation of software integration to streamline the sales process.

**Your Skills**
- Interest in data analysis, market sales analysis and lead management
- Good at building rapport through active listening and acknowledgment of understanding
- Knowledge of, and general interest, in e-commerce
- (it helps if you know what CRO, UX & UI means)_
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken

As part of the UK Sales team, you will report to the local Remarketing Manager and will work with equivalent colleagues in other Polestar markets.

You will be home based with a requirement to spend an average of 1 day per week in Bicester, Oxfordshire. We encourage flexible working but core working hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
