**Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all vehicles, including registration, maintenance history, and inspections.
- Coordinate with mechanics to schedule routine maintenance and repairs for coaches.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of inventory levels for spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- **Scheduling and Dispatching**:

- Communicate with drivers, mechanics and office staff regarding the progress of maintenance and repairs ensuring minimum disruption to passenger services and driver efficiency.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on fleet maintenance and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of accidents, incidents, and repairs.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory compliance documents.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.

6. **Car Maintenance and Repair & MOT Services**
- Provide first line communication with customers and prospective customers in relation to car repair and maintenance, MOT services and VOSA services.
- Coordinate bookings and schedules, and the provision of courtesy transportation for customers.
- May be required to drop off and collect customers for private vehicle services
- **Customer Service**:

- Serve as a point of contact for drivers, mechanics, other staff members and the general public.
- Address any concerns or inquiries from drivers or customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Previous experience in fleet management, automotive maintenance, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and fleet management software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to transportation operations would be advantageous.
- Full clean driving licence.
