Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team on the weekend as a Cafe Assistant in our Canteen Cafe. As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various tasks to maintain a clean and organized environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
- Restock inventory and ensure sufficient supplies are available.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
