**Job Title: Caretaker**

**Job Type**: Full-Time 37 hours

As a Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including hallways, lounges, and outdoor spaces.
- Responding promptly to emergencies.
- Ensuring the security and safety of the students by monitoring access and reporting any suspicious activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
- Communicating effectively with property management and teachers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in maintenance and caretaking roles preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Reliable transportation.

An Enhanced DBS is required

**Salary**: £13.11 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
