Works Information Coordinator

Devon, United Kingdom JURASSIC FIBRE LIMITED Full time

**Key focus**:
We are looking for a Works Information Coordinator to join our expanding team within Jurassic Fibre. The key focus of this role will be to independently deliver information about planned works to residents and businesses in the local area across Devon, Somerset and Dorset.

Please be aware that you may be required to drive a van and therefore you must have a valid UK driving licence.

**This role will report to**:
Streetwork & Permitting Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Sorting mail according to delivery sequence
- Maintaining records to evidence location and number of drops in the designated area
- Liaising with the permitting and scheduling team to ensure adequate notice is provided
- Delivering notices safely to required destinations.

**Key skills & Attributes**:

- Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy
- Ability to read and understand English with high degree of proficiency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Happy to work independently
- Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service.
- Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Able to think independently and intuitively
