We are currently looking for a very important person to join our team at Midsummer House.

The opportunity has become available for you to join East Anglia’s only 2-Michelin started restaurant, in a key front of house role, making you the first face-to-face representation of our company.

Key responsibilities:

- Meet and great anyone that walks through our door
- Manage booking technology and develop customer information
- Check every inch of the restaurant for perfect presentation, maintenance and repairs
- Liaise with restaurant team at all times
- Share and train as part of the restaurant team
- Be confident that we have delivered every part of the Midsummer experience as each customer leaves
- Follow up any enquiries, questions, lost property, merchandise sales, and every duty of care any customer asks
- Deliver our key values and follow the rules at all times, a 5-star experience delivered with the guarantee you have adhered to how we do things
