Production Operative/packer

RSW have great pleasure working alongside our longstanding client based in Kenfig, Bridgend. They are experts in their field of manufacturing high quality plastic products for the FMCG market. They currently have an opportunity for a number of packers/production operatives to join their team.

The Role:

- End of line packing
- Monitoring production machines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that arise
- Ensuring work areas are kept clear from trip hazards
- Clean room environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Able to work 4 on and 4 off **days and nights on rotation**:

- 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
- Strictly over 18's
- Driving license preferable due to factory location
- Available for an immediate start
