**What will the role involve?**

To be responsible for all aspects of the administration process within an Adult Education setting.

The role will involve obtaining and processing learner data. You will deal with enquiries from the public and partner agencies and promote the training opportunities. You will complete monthly ILR returns and provide internal and external administration in order to support the business.

**Skills required**:

- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Good understanding of the ILR
- Knowledge of ESFA/GLA funding rules
- Minimum Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and timescales
- Methodical and structured approach to tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks using own initiative
- Excellent computer skills, experience using Microsoft Office packages and databases
- Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Confident promoting and selling courses and opportunities to learners and partners
- Comfortable facilitating/supporting a group of learners to complete registration paperwork
- Experience working on ESFA/GLA contracts and knowledge of Adult Education Budget criteria
- Advice and Guidance qualification preferred or be willing to work towards it

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
