- Support the accounting team and internal staff with accounting and administration duties
- Build and maintain relationships with many different people internally and externally.

**Hours** - 5 Days Monday - Friday (office based) Hours can be flexible.

**Salary **- Up to £24,000

To be considered for this **Accounting Assistant** position you are required to have recently worked in a similar position within the Construction Industry.

The **Accounting Assistant** responsibilities consist of but are not restricted to:

- Produce and enter sales invoices and purchase orders
- Payroll responsibilities, including wages, starters/leavers and pension/salary sacrifice
- Liaise with HMRC where required
- Using accounting software IRIS or SAGE
- Offer general support to the Accounting Team

**To be successful in gaining an interview for this part time accounting assistant role, we are looking for someone who has**:

- Previous experience working within an administrative role
- Accounting/Book keeping experience would be ideal
- A desire to learn and develop
- The ability to relate to all professionals in the field
