**An engaging and varied People Business Partner opportunity working with passionate people and amazing places.
The salary for this role is circa £56,000 with some flexibility depending on skills and experience.

This role can be based at one of our regional properties or offices and is hybrid with approximately 2-3 days working across the region and 2 days working from home.

This is a senior role in our People team supporting leaders at a number of our National Trust’s properties, including Stowe, Mottisfont, Isle of Wight, The Vyne, Cliveden, Hughenden and Basildon Park, as well as our regional Consultancy teams across the London & South East. You’ll be an influential HR generalist, able to work at both strategic and operational levels and confident working in complex, matrix environments. Building strong relationships, understanding and trust, you’ll be a credible coach and advisor, bringing expertise, perspective and pragmatism. Working as part of our small regional people team and broader people directorate, collaboration and connection are key.

Within this role no two days are the same, one day you will be advising managers about structures and change management, the next you could be working with leaders to consider inclusive leadership, employee engagement or wellbeing.

Travel will be required in this role and locations are pretty special when you arrive. This is a full time, 37.5 hrs a week opportunity and we do consider flexible working requests.

Key areas of focus for the role include supporting greater inclusion and diversity, wellbeing and engagement, resourcing and change management.

You’ll need to quickly build open, trusted relationships and confidently work with colleagues across the Trust. You’ll use your experience of working in a large and complex organisation to ensure plans are sustainable and deliver organisational benefits and results. Above all, we want you to play a part in developing a culture in which leaders are empowered, with the confidence and skills they need to lead their people well.

- Significant generalist Human Resources and Organisational Development experience.
- Proven experience of broad People Business Partnering with senior leaders on a range of issues.
- A pragmatic, confident, credible and highly collaborative approach with creative problem solving and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience of coaching managers and leaders.
- Experience supporting organisations enabling greater diversity and inclusion.
- Experience in developing and delivering projects, with the emphasis on delivering great results.
- Resilience and drive, with the ability to work autonomously.
- A passion for enabling and engaging people and an inclusive and collaborative approach to everything you do.
