**Overview**: At CML we are looking for 3 qualified COSS / PIC's to work on the Network Rail and Rail infrastructure contracts, both reactive and planned. This role is predominantly based around the South West area of the UK.

- Your Responsibilities
- As a Skilled Operative at CML you will always work in a safe manner following appropriate procedures and instructions at all times.

You will work on the Western CAM Framework for Network Rail undertaking railway maintenance work including but not limited to civils and scour works.

You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles materials, tools and plant equipment under your control are fit for use and are used, stored & disposed of correctly and any defects are reported immediately to H&S and / or your Manager.

Teamwork is key in delivering our works effectively, therefore when you aren’t required to use your daily skills / trades on the job, you will be expected to undertake other reasonable duties to ensure collaboration in meeting deadlines.

- COSS - Essential
- Experience in general construction in Civil Engineering and Rail sector - Essential
- The ability and willingness to regularly work away from home, as well as on nights and weekends - Essential
- Advantageous qualifications: SSSTS, SMSTS, PASMA, IPAF, First Aid, small tools, Bricklaying, Joinery, Temporary works supervisor/coordinator, street works IRATA, rail trolley, weed spray, chainsaw, strimmer etc.
