We are looking for a energetic, and highly committed Full time Property Sales Progression expert to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the linchpin between various stakeholders involved in the property sales process. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth and timely transactions, while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintain regular contact with clients to keep them informed about the status of their property sale.
- Helping customers with legal protocol documents and helping them to verify their ID.
- Address any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Rigorously manage a meticulous pipeline of property sales from offer acceptance to completion.
- Ensure that each sale progresses without unnecessary delays, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the team.
- Facilitate constant communication with solicitors and other agents involved in the transaction.
- Keep all parties updated on required timescales and any changes that may occur.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team, ensuring they are aware of any complexities or delays that may impact the transaction.
- Collaborate closely to ensure that sales targets are met.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in property sale progression is essential.
- Driving licence required.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service from start to finish.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise responsibilities.
- Sales Acumen: In-depth understanding of the property sales process.
- Relationship Building: The capacity to build strong business relationships and liaise confidently with other sectors in the property industry.
